Who we are
Prism blends intentional touch, creative process, and mindful ritual to create a space for tending what is carried in the body and spirit. Especially when that weight has gathered over time.
The work offered here moves slowly and with care. Through hands-on body work, 1:1 creative play, and group art workshops, we make space for the body to settle, sensations to clarify, and what has been held to come into view. Like light passing through a prism, attention allows layers to separate gently, revealing what was present but difficult to name.
Prism approaches the person as a whole. Not something to be corrected, but something to be met with steadiness and respect. Touch and making are used as ways of listening, organizing, and tending. Sessions can be quiet, or sensory. No matter the direction, all can bring relief, insight, and balance.
Hi! I’m Tiffany. I am really glad you’re here.
My work is rooted in a kind of wellness that leaves performance behind and makes room for what’s real. A place where grief and joy can exist together as companions. Where what we carry is not treated as a problem to be fixed, but something that can be tended, shaped, and held with care as we continue to grow.
I am drawn to radical practices that honour the body and the spirit as sites of knowing and avoid those that prioritize image and aesthetic over depth and meaning. Practices that move slowly. Practices that allow meaning to emerge rather than be forced. Ritual, for me, is not about spectacle. It is about attention. About creating conditions where what we carry can soften, shift, or settle.
In 2024, I completed my certification as a Therapeutic Art Practitioner through the Canadian International Institute for Art Therapy. In 2025, I became a Certified Reflexologist through By The Moon and completed additional training in Indian Head Massage.
Whether through hands-on bodywork or therapeutic art, my approach is gentle, grounded, and client-led. I offer space for people to arrive as they are, without pressure to perform wellness or move faster than they are ready to.
